FY 2025-26 Grant Partners

Healthy communities

Everyone deserves the chance to make healthy choices for themselves and their families. However it's harder to access healthy food, quality healthcare, or support services for various reasons such as the financial means, stigma or transportation challenges. We work with various local partners to address these barriers and work towards solutions that help everyone in our community get the help they need and finally thrive!
